Is Terziano Construction insured?
We are fully insured (with general insurance and WSIB for all employees and sub contractors). In the event of an extremely unlikely mishap, you are fully covered. That is our guarantee.
How long have you been in business?
Paul Terziano has been in business for over 35 years. Paul Terziano Construction has been operational since the 1984.
Where do you work?
We work virtually anywhere in Muskoka and in other areas near Huntsville, Ontario
What kind of work do you focus on?
We primarily build new, custom homes, but we also specialize in dock and deck building, framing, renovations, and remodeling. If you are unsure as to whether we can provide the service you desire, do not hesitate to contact us today.
How do I get the process started?

If you have a general concept in mind or you have engineered drawings from an architect or designer, do not hesitate to contact us in either case. Yes. 35 years in the business has connected us to a multitude of contacts and we can find one who fits your requirements.
What if we have an architect or designer already?
Great! We look forward to working with others in the field.
Do I need to have an interior designer?
No. If you want to have one, that is up to you. There are a lot of talented designers in Canada, but we can take you from start to finish and leave you satisfied.
Do you provide fixed price contracts for your clients?
Yes. We can work out the terms at our initial meeting. Keep in mind that our initial consultation is no obligation and zero cost to you.
How much will the work cost?
Paul Terziano Construction offers a unique building service – high quality workmanship at extremely reasonable prices. We cannot tell you how much your project will cost without more details, but we can tell you that the price will be well worth the quality.
What is the payment schedule for a project?
We are flexible in this respect. Our payment schedule will be laid out in the contract.
When do I pick out fixtures, flooring, etc.?
As soon as possible. We can discuss further in our meeting and subsequent consultations what the limitations of the design are.
Do you subcontract some of the work?
Yes, many of the sub-trades are subcontracted, but our sub-contractors are the best in the area and some of whom we have had a relationship with for decades.
How long will the job take?
We are an efficient and hardworking team. The job will be done as quickly as possible.
